Fill out the form or send a quick message with your preferred wedding date and time. Availability will be confirmed, and you’ll receive a short questionnaire to learn more about your plans.

2. Review Your Custom Package
Based on your details, a tailored proposal will be created for you. If needed, we can schedule a video call to refine the services and ensure everything aligns perfectly with your vision.

3. Schedule Your Trial
 Some clients choose to align their trial with an engagement or photoshoot session. It’s recommended to book your trial about six months before your wedding. Your date will be temporarily held at this stage, but not fully secured.

4. Secure Your Date
Following your trial (or an initial consultation), a contract will be issued. Your wedding date is officially confirmed once the agreement is signed and a 30% deposit is received.

5. Finalize the Details (1 Month Prior)
All timelines and final service details are confirmed about one month before the wedding. Any updates or adjustments can be coordinated through the bride or wedding planner.

6. Final Payment (Day Before)
The remaining balance is due the day before your wedding, allowing you to fully enjoy your special day stress-free. Gratuities are optional and can be provided in a sealed envelope to the lead artist.

7. Wedding Day Experience
Our team arrives approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up. We come fully prepared based on your confirmed details and can provide additional setup items if requested. Services are delivered according to a pre-arranged schedule to ensure a smooth, relaxed, and well-organized experience for you and your bridal party.
